The Planning Begins
We have a project for the last part of 2025. Â I am planning an entire refit of our kitchen.
A New Wall is Coming
We have decided to add a wall to the kitchen to hide the fridge and allow for cabinets above the fridge.
I put a call out on the local Facebook Community Board to find a builder who would be happy to do this small job.
Measuring Up and Dismantling
A visit from the cabinetmaker and dismantling the old pantry unit.

The prep work is (mostly) done.
The prep work is done:
David installed wall sheeting and new powerpoints, and Mitchell finalised measurements and plans, now approved.
A plasterer will finish the cornice, then we’ll paint.
Demolition starts at the end of September—exciting times ahead!
